All activities are governed and managed by the principles of ethics, transparency, impartiality, technical competence, confidentiality, efficiency, honesty and non-discrimination; this will ensure that the joint resolutions of registration will be made based on objective evidence of conformity with the documents, and reference criteria and would not be influenced by other interests that could constitute a risk to impartiality.

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of the information we have access to with regard to our customers, as well as those generated in the organization, according to what is established in the procedure of confidentiality and code of ethics, under which we are governed.
IMPARTIALITY
We do not offer or provide any service that affects the fairness as the activities of the assessment of conformity or consultancies, not given to understand that the accreditation can be simpler, easier, faster or less expensive if you use the services of a particular person or consulting.
